The minimum shipping & handling charge is $6.00. If the cost of shipping is greater than $6.00, you will be charged the actual cost for shipping. The standard method of shipping is insured USPS Priority mail. If you would prefer another method, please indicate so in your order.
With the exception of special orders, any item you order may be returned within 21 days for a refund. The item must be returned in "new" condition and shipped prepaid. The refund will be for the price paid for the item plus sales tax (if any), less shipping & handling. If the item shows wear, is missing parts, packing or boxes, a minimum of 25% will be withheld from the refund. In most cases, special ordered items may not be returned for a refund.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.
We do not accept personal checks. If you would like to send a money order, call to find out the exact amount for your order, and make it out to Knifeplace.com. Your shipment will be processed after we receive the money order.
